quiet location with great breakfast

i enjoyed my stay the breakfast buffet had a pleasing variety of options the location is tucked away from the main road i found greenery and forested hillsides nearby. i also found the tv had western movies and popular english news channels. the hotel responded positively when i wanted to change rooms. i appreciated the glorious views from the new room facing the opposite direction.

the staff readily swapped us out for a family suite when we had a situation with our room they made our experience even better the concierge was knowledgeable about the local area and helpful with transportation.

the room was neat and clean the suite room had enough space for four persons it faced a water body the room provided a relaxing and comfortable experience. i found everything well-kept.

the location is central i could access all attractions and markets easily spice farms are also nearby i found the area tucked away from the main road. it offered a quiet environment.

I found some aspects disappointing. The bathroom lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries. there were no power outlets near the tea kettle table, inconvenient. I expected better planning for such details at this price point. These issues, though minor, impacted the overall convenience and functionality of the room.

the staff were super friendly and always helped. they rescheduled my stay because of a small change in plans, and it went smoothly, hooray! i really loved the tasty food at breakfast, too. i had a great time.
the hotel didn't reply to my messages, a bit annoying and a shame.
