attentive staff quick solutions evening chai dirt road constant calls cockroach presence
The staff was very attentive. They offered quick solutions. the room service was prompt. the evening chai service in the garden area was a nice touch with tasty snacks provided, i liked it.
The approach road to the hotel was a dirt road. It needs improvement. the hotel called the room phone constantly trying to sell things, it was annoying. cockroaches were present in the room. I saw three.

quiet location with great breakfast
breakfast buffet tv channel
i enjoyed my stay the breakfast buffet had a pleasing variety of options the location is tucked away from the main road i found greenery and forested hillsides nearby. i also found the tv had western movies and popular english news channels. the hotel responded positively when i wanted to change rooms. i appreciated the glorious views from the new room facing the opposite direction.

the staff readily swapped us out for a family suite when we had a situation with our room they made our experience even better the concierge was knowledgeable about the local area and helpful with transportation.

the room was neat and clean the suite room had enough space for four persons it faced a water body the room provided a relaxing and comfortable experience. i found everything well kept.

breakfast was good with a pleasing variety dinner was also really good with a pleasing variety there were many vegetarian options available i found the food wholesome and hygienic. the meals were enjoyable.

the location is central i could access all attractions and markets easily spice farms are also nearby i found the area tucked away from the main road. it offered a quiet environment.

the hotel features a spa i had a traditional massage there i accessed many tv channels i found the channels included western movies and news channels. brahma spa accommodated me for a late evening treatment.

inconvenient outlets limited counter
I found some aspects disappointing. The bathroom lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries. there were no power outlets near the tea kettle table, inconvenient. I expected better planning for such details at this price point. These issues, though minor, impacted the overall convenience and functionality of the room.

wow, what a fab stay!
friendly staff smooth process tasty food
the staff were super friendly and always helped. they rescheduled my stay because of a small change in plans, and it went smoothly, hooray! i really loved the tasty food at breakfast, too. i had a great time.
the hotel didn't reply to my messages, a bit annoying and a shame.

the hotel is very close to the town. this location gives quick access to many eateries, a supermarket and a wonderful bakery. it is located in a quiet area, away from the main roads.
